As far as yoga studios go, there are many littered all over the world.
However, how often do you hear of a yoga studio specially built on campus for a school? Not often.
And even then, I can bet you that it is not as impressive as the one that is at the Green School Bali.
The yoga studio has been there for a couple of years, and it overlooks the Ayung River, the main river of Ubud, Bali.
Moving through breath and asanas here is very different from doing the same thing in an enclosed studio or even a yoga shala in the rice fields of Bali.
Now, I lived in Bali for almost nine years and have now become slightly numb to the greenery, cultural events, etc that is present on the island. One can say that it has become an everyday occurrence for me whereas they are still something of a wonder for visitors and new arrivals.
So for me to be impressed by a place in Bali means that there is something special about the location or the structure itself.
As usually, words don’t do the place much justice. So I’ll just let the videos do the talking.
